Great location, right next to the waterfront and connected to Plaza Merdeka shopping mall. I booked the Premier Family (City View) room, which was clean and offered fantastic views of the Borneo Cultural Museum. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet with a good variety of halal options, including laksa sarawak and an egg station. Staff were attentive and rectified a minor mishap regarding breakfast reservations professionally. parking was a challenge due to sharing spaces with mall visitors, forcing me to park far from the lobby. Despite this, the convenience of nearby attractions and eateries made our stay delightful.

During my stay at The Waterfront Hotel Kuching, I found the location absolutely perfect for exploring the city. It is situated next to a shopping mall, offering great access to shops and local eateries, and only a short walk from the beautiful waterfront. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any queries and ensuring a pleasant atmosphere throughout my visit.
